The service
BizaCare One provides scheduling, electronic visit verification, and care-operations software to home-care agencies. Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of the records they keep and for their own regulatory compliance; BizaCare One provides the tools and the audit trail.
SMS Messaging Program
- With a recipient's consent, agencies send work-related text messages through the platform: shift offers, schedule confirmations and reminders, clock-in/clock-out notifications, and messages from the agency's office. The office may also reply by text to a family member who writes in about a client's care. See the Text Message Program page for the full program description and sign-up form.
- Message frequency varies with the recipient's schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent is optional and is not a condition of employment or of receiving shifts.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time, START to resubscribe, HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties; see the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to send unsolicited messages, to message people who have opted out, or to store unlawful content. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
