What we collect
BizaCare One is scheduling and care-operations software used by home-care agencies. Agencies store operational records in the platform: staff and client names, contact details including mobile numbers, schedules, visit records, and care documentation. Each agency controls its own data; we process it on the agency's behalf.
SMS / text messaging
- Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver the work-schedule messages described in our Text Message Program: shift offers, schedule confirmations and reminders, clock-in/clock-out notifications, messages from the agency's office, and replies to family members who write to the office about a client's care.
- No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help. Opt-out status is honored immediately and recorded.
- We keep a log of messages sent and received for compliance and audit.
How we use data
Data is used to operate the platform: building schedules, verifying visits, notifying staff, billing, and reporting for the agency that owns the records. We do not sell personal data.
Security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-restricted, and every change is written to an audit log. Records are retained as required by the agency's regulatory obligations and deleted on the agency's instruction where the law allows.
