BizaCare One — Text Message Program
BizaCare One is scheduling software used by home-care agencies. With your consent, your agency sends you work-related text messages from its own local number: open-shift offers, schedule confirmations and reminders, clock-in/clock-out notifications, and messages from the office such as a policy update or a question about your availability.
- Who sends the messages: the home-care agency you work with, via BizaCare One, operated by Business AI Technology LLC (DBA Bizaitec).
- Message types: shift offers, schedule confirmations, schedule reminders, clock-in/clock-out notifications, and messages from your agency's office.
- Family members of clients: if your agency has given you a Family Room link, messages you send the office there may be answered by text to the number you provided. The same STOP/HELP keywords apply.
- Message frequency: varies with your schedule.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out any time: reply STOP to any message. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
- Your mobile number is never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.
- See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (SMS sections included).

Checking the text-message box is optional. You can submit this form without it — declining text messages is never a condition of employment or of working shifts, and you will still receive every schedule update another way.
