BizaCare One

Home-care operations software by Business AI Technology LLC

BizaCare One runs the working day of a home-care agency: the schedule, the visits caregivers deliver in clients' homes, the evidence those visits happened, the invoices that follow, and the payroll hours behind them. It is built from what operators actually do — not from what a feature list says they should.

What it does

Scheduling

One calendar for every client and caregiver — day, week, and month. Add or change a visit where you see it, match caregivers by history and territory, and fill call-offs before the office phone rings.

Electronic visit verification

Clock-in and clock-out captured in the field by GPS or phone call, with the client signature policy your payers require. Visit records are built to the federal 21st Century Cures Act six elements and each state aggregator's format.

Billing and claims

Every visit is audited before it bills. Invoice batches close in two clicks, corrections re-price from the corrected record, and authorizations are tracked per referral so nothing bills past what the payer approved.

Payroll

Hours calculated from what was actually worked, overtime split by week, exported to your payroll company. The software does the arithmetic; your payroll provider still cuts the checks.

Caregiver mobile

A phone-first app for the field: today's visits, shift confirmations, care-plan tasks, notes to the office, and time-off requests — designed to work when the signal doesn't.

Messaging

Schedule reminders, shift offers, and office messages by text and email, with opt-outs honoured everywhere and every message logged. Family members get a private line to the office about their relative's care.

Text messages

Agencies using BizaCare One send work-related text messages to their own caregivers — shift offers, schedule confirmations and reminders, clock-in and clock-out follow-ups, and messages from the office — and replies to family members who write in about a client's care. Each agency texts from its own local number.

Messages go only to people who gave their number to that agency and agreed to receive them. Consent is never a condition of employment, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of any message or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
